Andy Withrow

Andy and his wife Katie moved to Victoria in 2009 and, along with Josh and his wife (a different Katie), planted The Table Church. Andy and Katie had their first child, Savannah (16), that same year. Since then Emmett (13) and Ira (10) have joined the party. Andy currently oversees The Table Church Victoria and particularly enjoys preaching, teaching and meeting with individuals one on one to get at the nuts and bolts of faith and following Jesus. In his spare time you may find Andy coaching a baseball team or reading a book.

Vanessa Caruso

Vanessa Caruso is a spiritual director and supervisor based in Vancouver Island, Canada. She received a Master's degree in Spiritual Formation and Leadership, spiritual direction training through CenterQuest, and an Advanced Certificate in Supervision from Fordham University. Vanessa provides individual spiritual direction and facilitates group supervision for clients all over the world. She is also the assistant to the director of CenterQuest, training spiritual directors throughout Asia, and the co-director of Together in the Mystery, a supervision training program. She co-hosts the podcast Three Association for spiritual directors and supervisors, leads creative, contemplative retreats for children, youth, and adults, and teaches spiritual direction and supervision for a variety of programs.

Angela Reitsma Bick

Angela Reitsma Bick is Editor-in-Chief of Christian Courier and an award-winning journalist recognized for her work highlighting social justice issues. In 2016, she won the A.C. Forrest Memorial Award for an article on female clergy called “The Stained-Glass Ceiling,” followed by the Distinguished Alumni Award from Redeemer University in 2020. She loves to read, hike and camp with her family.

Dr. Mark Glanville

Dr Mark Glanville works as the Director of the Centre for Missional Leadership at University of British Columbia, Vancouver, Canada. He is an Old Testament scholar, and has written five books, including Improvising Church: Scripture as the Source of Harmony, Rhythm, and Soul, and Preaching in a New Key: Crafting Expository Sermons in Post-Christian Neighborhoods. Mark’s vocational goal is to research, teach, write, speak, and play music to nourish Christian leaders to creatively reimagine what the church can be and do in post-Christian societies, with the Bible in our hands. Mark is also a professional jazz pianist, active on the Vancouver jazz scene. Mark’s podcast is Blue Note Theology, which he hosts from the grand piano.
